This product would be a great alternative to review students' comprehension of Romeo & Juliet instead of answering boring comprehension questions.
This PowerPoint has two review components. The first component provides a review of Romeo and Juliet by utilizing memes and eCards that relate to quotes, characters, themes, and plot lines of the play Romeo & Juliet. Students will find this to be an engaging way to review their comprehension of the play. Each slide contains directions for providing a written answer to the image(s) (example: To whom is this meme referring?) and each image is numbered for a total of 22. This component of the review is intended to be completed after reading Act IV of the play and before reading Act V.
The second component is five slides that contain 23 actual Jeopardy questions about Romeo & Juliet. Each slide contains 3-5 Jeopardy questions. Students would need to have read the entire play to answer all 23 questions. If you prefer, you could always break apart these questions to use as bell ringers throughout the reading of the play.
