This Romeo and Juliet Unit is 87 pages and 76 slides of resources. These resources purchased individually total $28.47. This bundle contains my best selling item for 2017!
Here are the resources that are included:
This 26 page test bank has 100 multiple choice questions with an answer key. It is a passage-based test that contains multiple excerpts from each act of the play. It is my best selling individual item this year, and many buyers have asked me to design the same type of test bank for several other works!
The quiz pack has 75 multiple-choice questions. There's a 15 question multiple quiz for each act of the play and an answer key. These multiple choice questions will help you assess your students' understanding of the basic plot points as you read along.
There is a four page reading guide for EACH act of the play. These guides total 150 questions! There are both basic level chronological plot prompts as well as higher level reading prompts that will engage students of all levels. Students will have different answers to the higher level questions, but detailed answer keys are still included.
There are 40 task cards (eight for each act) that each contain two questions about the card's topic. These saturated cards can be used in many ways in your classroom, and ten creative ways to use them are included. Give a different card to each student AND have cards left over for those who finish early.
This 51 slide presentation uses Shakespeare to teach the concept of drama. The presentation is divided into five sections: Drama, Tragedy, Poetic Language, Word Play, and Other Elements. This interactive slide show contains mini-quizzes and activities as you go along to keep your students accountable and engaged.
This 25 slide presentation is one of the most effective ways to inspire instruction that I've used. The prompts will help your students connect Romeo and Juliet to their own lives. You won't be disappointed!
VIDEO CLIPS - These are 12 links to free online videos and resources that I've compiled in one convenient place. A short summary of each link is explained to help you decide which would be the most useful for your classroom. These resources have made the play very accessible to all of my past students.
UNIT PLAN -This four week plan explains how you can possibly use these resources to teach Romeo and Juliet on a daily basis.
