Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare CLOZE passages: This download contains six pages of CLOZE passages summaries for William Shakespeare’s drama, “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet”: one for the opening Prologue, and one for each Act.

Each CLOZE summary for Acts I-V contains an entire page worth of text and a word bank of 24-30 different words, characters, and places.

These CLOZE summaries are ideal any student, including ESL students. The fill in the blank worksheets can be used as activities, classroom assignments, or as a review for each Act in the play.
