Making material relevant and accessible is always a top priority in my classroom, particularly when my students think there is absolutely no way the material relates to them at all. This was certainly the case when introducing Romeo and Juliet to my 10th grade students. This Four Corners discussion activity was designed to challenge students to access the main themes and concepts present within the play.
