Good for the beginning of a Romeo and Juliet unit. This includes two files - one that asks students to find subject and main verbs of each line and then asks basic comprehension questions. It also has a two column notes chart so students record the who, what, when, and where of what is described in the prologue. There is an open response question designed for test prep. The second document is another copy of the prologue typed out for students to rewrite/modernize.
