Bringing visuals into the classroom is a wonderful way to both engage and interest our students--all while incorporating the Common Core Standards.
This is a fun activity that introduces and explains Shakespeare's characterization of Romeo and Juliet. During the lesson, the students become the directors--staging one excerpt all on their own. Then students get to compare how their work measures up to some famous directors.
