Product Description
After reading Act 3, Scene 1, of Romeo and Juliet, this one-day activity will give students a chance to choose which character should be blamed for the deaths of Mercutio and Tybalt. This activity walks students through each step of writing a solid paragraph, including two pieces of textual evidence, and even provides sentence starters for each step. Help your students improve their writing skills and get a deeper understanding of the characters in the play. This could also be assigned as a homework activity, as it gives students lots of scaffolding for success.
