Working on Numbers to 20?
Here is a fun center for you!
Ways to Use This...
One way to use this product is to print out, laminate, cut apart, then place in your math center! You may want to put each “puzzle set” in a zip lock bag. This way you can put out only the numbers you need ... 1-5, later 1-10, and finally...the teen numbers!
Another way to use this is to play “Find the Ways”! Give each student their own page/number. If your students do not already sit in “teams” or groups, you will want to put them in groups of 4 for this.
First, have the students cut apart the puzzle they have. Then have the team put all their cut out pieces in the middle of their team and mix them up! Next, each student finds a puzzle piece with a Number on it. That will be their number to make. Now each student digs through the pile to find the rest of the pieces to their number puzzle. When they find all the pieces, give them a blank sheet of paper to glue their puzzle together on.
These can be displayed in the room as an extra resource or use the cover provided to turn it into a class book!
