Using this group discovery activity, students can take key terms from the story of Romulus and Remus and try to put them together to form the legend. I use this to introduce my unit on Rome. It works great with a piece of large oak tag or poster paper and have the kids write their story with a sharpie while using a glue stick to affix the key terms in between the handwritten words. It is a fun way to introduce Romulus and Remus and a great way for the kids to interact and share. Created by Mr. Todd Ashbaugh in Pittsburgh, PA.
