This resource is for Black History Month and focuses on Rosa Parks. Included are materials for students to read, learn, and make a History Hero Hanger. This is a simple craftivity that can be hung from your ceiling, bulletin boards, or whiteboard ledges! You simply cut out the pages, glue the backs together, and hang!
But the best part is that there is an informational text passage included, about Rosa Parks. Students have to read the passage and answer the prompts on the craft before making it. There are 3 comprehension questions included and an open-ended page for you to create your own page if you'd like. You can use 2 or 3 question pages for the craft, so it's easy to differentiate; simply choose the questions that are the best for your students or create your own! These will look awesome in your room for Black History Month!
