Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.

I use this with my college students to reflect on their teaching in the field. This worksheet can be used for reflecting on student's day, week or a specific activity. Having a chance to write these thoughts down is a fun way to reflect and be mindful.
