In this game, students will round numbers to the tenths, ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, hundred thousands, and millions place.
The students choose a number card, spin the spinner (which tells them which place to round their chosen number to), and record the rounded number on the student recording sheet.
I created this for my 5th grade students to use throughout the school year for practicing rounding numbers.
Note: I have included arrows to use as the spinner arrow for the spinners, but I find that the best thing to use as a spinner is a paper clip and pencil. The student places the paperclip in the center of the spinner, puts their pencil through the end of the paperclip touching the center of the spinner, and spins.
