Rounding to the Nearest 10s and 100s
Students can get some extra practice rounding to the nearest 10s and 100s using a number line. There is a set of 24 cards with QR codes and a set without. There are 3 recording sheets, one for 12 and 24 problems. The third one is unnumbered incase you want to mix up the cards. There is also a anchor chart/poster. When you laminate the cards- the students can use a dry erase marker to draw on the number line. The Common Core Standards does not want students just memorizing an algorithm but rather use number lines or hundreds charts.
