Young children thrive on routine with flexibility. This set includes morning, afternoon, and evening routine charts with 27 common routine tasks. This is a home set NOT a school/daycare set. The tasks, which include pictures for nonreaders, describe activities like brushing your hair, getting dressed, eating, etc. Some tasks are vague like "play time" to allow you to label the chunk of time in the routine without describing the exact game/activity. This will give you flexibility to change activities if needed. For example, play time might be a play date, independent play, or parent directed play. Play time might be trains, puzzles, outside/inside, or playdough, etc.
Select and laminate the desired routine chart and desired tasks. Cut then tape or velcro the tasks in your desired order on the chart. If life happens, which it will, and you need to move things around, simply rearrange the task cards to let your child know what to anticipate.
Blank charts and task cards are provided for you to personalize them for your needs.
