I use these as a visual for my daily "speech room routine".
Check-in - I usually ask my students, "Are you ready to learn?" and ask how they can show me they're ready for learning.
Goals - we discuss what they're working on in speech.
Teach/Practice - each student either learns something new or practices their skill/s.
Wrap-up - we discuss their behavior/effort that day and if they earn a point towards our speech room incentive.
