I am a Prekindergarten Teacher in Texas and have set up this binder as a CPALLS intervention binder. However , all labels can be adapted to your respective standards.
Page 3: Cover for your Binder
Page 4: Spine labels for your binders. I have created them in different sizes to fit all binders
Page 5: Tab Labels that are color coded to allow for easy access . All are color coded.
Page 6: Student information : Behind this tab I place the page 7 cover and write each students name on them. This will allow me to have access to individual reports and activities that this individual child needs. I can place anecdotal notes and any other information for each student.
Pages 9-18 Place a set of these logs behind each individual students name(Page 6) I provide RtI assessment of skills weekly and log the results for each student here.
Page 19: RtI logs This cover sheet along with tab will lead into your small group logs and interventions logs. These are done through out the week and I make sure to meet with each student at least once. This log will allow easy access for documentation purposes.
Page 21-22 Letter recognition Grouping chart and activity log. Grouping charts are created monthly to help measure class growth. Fill in the names of the students who need that particular skill. It is an easy reference guide to your grouping and small group interventions. It looks great when you start seeing those names become less and less as the year progresses. Page 22 is a weekly log of what activity you did and how well they performed. I log all student in that group on these sheets.

Page 25-26 Rhyming 1 Distinguishing Grouping Log and Activity sheet. This is the ability to hear 2 or more words and distinguish if they rhyme or not.
Page 27-28 Rhyming 2 Production Grouping and Activity log. This is the ability to produce a rhyme to any given word.
