This rubric can be used for group work specific to reading analysis. It has 4 components: preparation/notes. group dynamic, written work, and presentation.
I use this when, first, my students have taken notes during reading using a graphic organizer. Then, they meet in groups to discuss the notes with others who have done the same assignment. They collaborate and choose the best evidence to use in writing a paragraph. Together, they write a paragraph using a writing template (see my writing templates also on TPT). Finally, they present their final paragraph to the class.
