Students will navigate four different online accounts related to the story of Ruby Bridges attending an all-white school in Louisiana in 1960, and analyze the similarities and differences between each account of the event. The accounts of this event are in a variety of formats, from multiple sources (videos and articles).

Students will determine whether each document is a firsthand or secondhand account, the author's purpose of each source, and analyze for important details/information about them. Students will then compare and contrast two of the documents, drawing on details from each text.
