My TOU require commercial users to include my store logo in any commercial products including my clipart. You may not alter my clipart except in specific instances. With this ruler clipart, commercial users may use a portion of a ruler in curriculum products where it is necessary to illustrate the size of an object in inches or centimeters. For example, instead of using an entire ruler on a page in a commercial product, commercial users may use a fraction of a ruler (e.g. inches 1-4) next to another object to illustrate said object's size to a student. Commercial users may not alter the color or add text to my rulers because this will change their original look, which is designed by me, and will also breach licensing terms.
Also, commercial users may not include a full-size, printable, true-to-scale ruler in products for their customers to obtain without buying a license from me (i.e. you can not include a page in your product that is solely a true-to-scale ruler that complements your product. You may only use a portion of a ruler in your commercial product, or a ruler image that has been scaled up or down to be inaccurate in size so that the end user is not also obtaining a free, full-size, true-to-scale printable ruler from this set but in your product.) By purchasing this product, you own the license to use only the clipart in commercial products (.PNG files or a section of a .JPG file (e.g. inches 1-4)). You may also use the full, true-to-scale .JPG files for personal use ONLY. You may not pass them on to others. Please be careful to realize whether or not you are passing on one of my true-to-scale rulers to an end user without licensed approval. If they need a class set of true-to-scale rulers, they must come to my store and purchase the license on their own. Including my true-to-scale rulers in a commercial product is the same as selling my clipart as your own. Please be conscious of this licensing specification.***
