This poster is designed to be attached to a white board and used as a sliding scale for class room privileges.
How it works: Assign each period their own color of magnet and place the magnet in the level of the pyramid that the particular period has earned.
At the end of each week, move the magnet up or down the pyramid to indicate what privileges will be allowed based upon classroom behavior. The class will be allowed all of the privileges below the magnet.
You can either take a holistic approach to your weekly class assessment or keep a running tally of points for each period (giving more points for on task/good behavior and removing points for off task behavior). Tally points on a weekly basis with negative scores moving
the marker down and positive scores moving it up.
