This is such a great book for November....I suggest reading it the week of Thanksgiving as a perfect segue into a Gingerbread Theme...which I love to use in December!
The main character in this story, Turkey, does a lot of running....from a farmer....hence the great compare and contrast opportunities between the two stories!
