Task cards, both hard copy and digital versions, are popular in many elementary and middle school classrooms. Easily adapted to any content area and grade level, task cards makes for a welcome change from just completing a worksheet for skill practice.
These 24 task cards may be used in a literacy center, as part of a scavenger hunt, for a game of scoot, or in conjunction with a gameboard. Print them in grayscale and use them as an exit ticket or part of an interactive notebook. Task cards are extremely versatile, easy to implement, and reusable. These cards can be used by an individual student, for small group instruction, or entire class involvement and are designed to provide students with practice in identifying run-on sentences, sentence fragments, and complete sentences.
