These running record forms have everything just the way you want it. My old running record forms wasted a lot of space and didn't include a section for fluency notes.
Levels A - K has one running record form and Levels L and up has another. Why? When you get to higher levels of text, the independent, instructional, and frustrational accuracy percents do change. The accuracy must be higher on the harder texts to allow for comprehension and fluency.
*Please note. This item is not a tutorial on how to do running records, it's simply the forms. Expect a running record tutorial in a different item later this summer!
You will need to print the file first and then take the front and the back of the running record form and run them through your copy on the 1-sided to 2-sided print function. Then you will have a 2-sided form and can run it 2-sided to 2-sided in your copier.
I hope you get a lot of use out of these forms because I know I will!
