The first of this suite is the “Pamplona Times” news article, which features two perspectives on bull-fighting in Spain. The language used is mostly present tense of the most commonly used verbs in Spanish.
These words are surrounded by a plethora of cognates to ease the language barrier and make students feel successful while reading. The comprehension questions go from beginners to advance level requiring students to make basic inferences in Spanish while relying on the text.
