This assignment is based on the maps provided in the Discovery Education's Geography textbook; however, they should work with any detailed Russia/Central Asia maps that show lines of longitude and latitude. Cities/areas that should be labeled on the maps you use would include St. Petersburg, Moscow, Pechora River, Omsk, Lake Baikal, Aral Sea, Lake Balkash, Kabul, Ashgabat, Ural Mountains, Siberia, Chelyabinsk, Astana.
Answer key is included; however, latitude and longitude numbers are just estimates. Close answers should be accepted.
