Product Description
This is a SAY AND CLIP activity where students say the name of the two pictures on each card. They then place a clothespin on the first dot if the beginning sounds are different, the middle dot if the middle sounds are different or the last dot if the ending sounds are different. Teachers can place a dot or a sticker on the back of the cards where the clothespin should be placed to make the activity self checking. Easy prep--Print and cut out the rectangular cards.

Different Beginning:
cap/map, fox/box, top/cop, jet/pet, tub/sub, snake/rake, mad/sad

Different medial vowel:
fan/fin, pen/pan, dog/dig, pit/pot, cat/cot, cup/cap, bag/bun

Different ending:
bag/bat, pig/pin, big/bib, mud/mug, ham/hat, rug/run, sit/six,
bus/bun
