SCENE CREATION WRITING CENTER- FREEBIE

Magnet Scene Creation kits can be found in the dollar spot section of Target. I have noticed them popping up every few months or so. They have come out with many different themes!

My kids love using these kits as a writing center. They pick a kit and create a story using the pieces. Then, they use this FREEBIE to create their writing piece. This FREEBIE includes two types of story maps that they kiddos can use during their scene building and prewriting. After the kids create their magnetic scene and complete their story map, they can bring their creative writing to life on the writing paper included. The possibilities are endless, sometimes we even mix up the themes and get some really imaginative stories!
