Breathing: There are several easy, kid-friendly breathing exercises included for self calming.

Calming Scavenger Hunt:  Students find resources in their home environment to self-soothe.

Positive Self-talk:  This page encourages students to build their self-esteem by finding nice words to say about themselves.

Gratitude:  Students color a page with 50 reasons to be thankful.

Hygiene:  Students find helpful tips for staying clean during this unsure time.

Journal:  Students track all of the things that are positive in their life and write about them.
