This tool serves the teacher to make a personal self-assessment of his own professional competence in terms of his social and educational inclusion. Depending on their development, the teacher will be able to evaluate from 1 to 4 (1 is the lowest level, and 4 is the highest level). The tool is divided into two parts, the first one refers to the knowledge of students and meeting their needs, and the latter refers to social and educational inclusion
