CONTENTS:
1. SHAPES & COLORS SNACK MATS with extra pieces (p. 2 – 6) LAMINATE then use these as regular mats during snack time or as a mat to work on colors, shapes, describing, and other goals. Have students put a Cheerio or goldfish cracker on a specific shape or color. The extra pieces can be used to place anywhere on the mat. These mats can also be used as smash mats with play-do or round magnetic chips to cover while practicing speech sounds or other language goals.
2. You can also use them while listening to shape and color songs. And have students point to someone who is wearing RED or GREEN or find something shaped like a circle in the room.
