Product Description
This activity takes a chunk from a well known children's story and has the students revise it to create dialogue--a common problem in narrative writing. Students will learn how to add dialogue to their stories. For example, instead of writing the following: My mom told me to shut the door.... students will write, "Please shut the door, dear!" Mom said. This is a quick and easy activity that is sure to make an impact on students' writing.
