Sight Word Roll and Graph is a sight word graphing game. There are 25 weeks worth of words that go with my WORD WALL CARDS. If you have an interactive board, purchase my INTERACTIVE DICE. Kids love using them. There are 25 graphing boards included with the sight words for each of the 25 weeks. I have also included 3 “blank” Roll and Graph Boards for your convenience when adding your own words. During your reading centers, have groups play this game using big foam dice and crayons. Each week you will need to write the words on the dice with address labels. Players take turns rolling the dice, spelling the words out loud (whisper) and coloring in the boxes on their graphs. The person to get to the top wins.
1. Set-Up your center with a bin full of crayons and clip boards if students will be working on the floor.
2. Get your foam dice ready with the words from the week written on them. I like to use address labels. For the extra space I include the words “lose your turn” or “ roll again”.
3. You can purchase my “SMARTBoard Dice” to go with these boards if you have an Interactive board.
4. The students take turns rolling the dice, spelling the sight word and coloring in the word box on their graphs.
