SIMPLE MACHINES TRIANGLE CUT OUT AND FOLD FOR NOTES OR INTERACTIVE NOTEBOOKS including Power Point
Students will cut out the 6 triangles and define, give examples, and draw a picture(s) of each simple machine. There is a triangle for Levers (including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class), Inclined Plane, Wedge, Screw, Wheel and Axle, and Pulleys(fixed, movable, block and tackle). Have the students put the triangles in the following order to coincide with the power point. Lever, Inclined Plane, Wedge, Screw, Pulley and Wheel and Axle. If you are using and interactive note book, zig zag fold and glue into your notebook when done.
