There are 5 signs in this ZIP file - one for each letter. They are designed around an Americana theme.
I post these in my classroom in a prominent location, and I go over them throughout the first two weeks repeatedly, and throughout the year as needed, particularly when we start a new grading period. However, it is on a daily basis that I USE the SLANT acronym - when I notice there are students who are off, I simply announce "SLANT" as I do a hand gesture. It's awesome!!!
There is one difference between my creation and the typical SLANT words used in teacher lingo:
On the "T" I tell the students to "Track the Speaker" (not the teacher). I am not the only one who talks, and I should not be the only one the class listens to - I teach my kids to track the SPEAKER, whether it's me or another classmate.
