Card game designed to help students identify numeral 0-10
The dealer will then placing cards, one at a time in the middle of the table. Each player will be looking for a zero card. When a player sees a zero card, they try to snatch it before another player gets it. If two or more players are grabbing for the same card, the first player to touch the card is awarded the card. Once a player gets zero, she/he will be now look for the one card while the rest are still looking for a zero to start their sequence. The players will keep the cards in numerical order in front of them to help in counting to see which card they need next. The game is played until a player gets all 0-10 cards in order.
- The game can be played backwards as well. To start, each player is looking for the 10 card, then 9, and so on. Player that gets zero first wins.
- For more than 4 players: add one of each card 0-10 per additional player.
- Extend range of numbers once students can identify 0-10 o Ex- 11-20, 1-20, etc..
