Choose the board you wish to use with your students. Print one copy on cardstock, laminate for durability and you are ready to go. If students are working on different target grammar skills within the group more than one board can be used. Each student would get his or her own individual game board.
Die ( with one to three or one to six on it) and one marker for each student will be needed (not included)
DIRECTIONS FOR PLAY
Each student chooses a playing piece (marker) and rolls the die to see who goes first. The player who rolls the highest number plays first. Place each person's player/marker on start.
The student rolls the die and moves the corresponding number of squares. The student should say each word pictured or makes up a sentence about the picture as he/she moves along the board. The next student then takes his/her turn.
Continue playing in this manner until a player reaches the “FINISH BOX” on his or her board by an exact roll of the die. The first player to reach the “FINISH BOX” wins the game.
