A bingo-type cover game that encourages comparing and contrasting, discrimination, and describing! Students take turns drawing pictures from the pile and describing them to the group. If the student has that picture on their board they cover the corresponding letter. First student to cover all the letters yells "SPRINGO!". Students can practice describing, comparing/contrasting, and discriminating the fine details amongst the pictures.
This game can be used in conjunction with any other classroom materials you have. Describing the pictures is an optional way to add more language to the game. If your students don't need vocabulary practice, simply use this activity to reinforce other skills (ex. articulation, fluency, etc.).
