A hilarious and rather odd 10-minute scene for ages 8-13 featuring two non-gender specifics that works for the classroom or stage. No set needed and there are very few props. This has been performed multiple times and the response has been outstanding.
Claire's family is in trouble because a certain squirrel blaming her for stealing a special acorn. The only thing is, Claire didn't steal it. Claire's best friend Mardi did and now she has to beg Mardi to give if back. If she does, all is well. If she doesn't? Well, Claire's prepared for that too.
Buying the script also buys you the right to make as many copies as you like, perform it as much as you like, and even record those performances.
The reason I wrote this scene: I love squirrels but I don't trust them. At all. When I needed a short scene for an end of the show at the studio I work for that featured squirrels . . . I knew just what to write. :-)
