Product Description
This is a fun way to review for the 8th grade STAAR test! Students "swat" the answer (using cheap fly swatters) - for a team competition. This set of "Swat the STAAR" is over Causes of the Civil War - Civil War and Reconstruction - Dawes/Morrill Homestead Acts, too. Topics covered are listed below. I've included a blank star in case you want to add your own topics. You do NOT have to use all the stars - leave out the ones you don't need.

To play this game you will need 2 different colors of fly swatters. Simply print these stars out and laminate them (or use sheet protectors) and tape them on your wall. One member of each team will be "up" to answer a question that you ask orally. The first to swat the answer wins a point for their team.

Easy prep! Tons of fun competition.
