STAAR ALT READING 4.2 level 2 (activity 2) SUGGESTION--original

This activity is for STAAR ALT Reading 4.2 level 2. This is a 3 page pdf with the first page being the category and picture cards to sort. The picture card with the text is the "unfamiliar" word. The last two pages of the pdf are the sentences that have to be completed with one sentence talking about each category.

Please note that this activity is solely intended as a SUGGESTION. This activity is not the only way to satisfy the pre-determined criterion as it is possible to make other activities that can accomplish the same goal. The activity is solely a suggestion to complete this section of the staar alt as it satisfies all pre-determined criterion. The activity can also be used as a classroom material for individualized instruction, not just assessment.
