This activity reviews life science and is based on TEKS and fits NGSS well, also. Students need to know: stages of incomplete and complete metamorphosis, how to read a food web, how organisms survive in their environment, how humans impact and possibly harm living organisms. the roles of consumers, producers, and decomposers, and the way the carbon dioxide/oxygen cycle works.
This can be used as a SCOOT activity, can be placed in a science center, or can be used in a whole class setting. To be effective, students must see the answer and then look for the question on their worksheet. Good for class discussion and review. Could be an assessment, also.
