I use this resource as a gallery walk. I place the cards in various places throughout the classroom or in my hallway. Students have their scantron & notebook paper on a clipboard that they carry with them to each question. I have 2-3 students at each questions (depending on class size) working to answer the question. They solve it on their notebook paper and bubble in their answer on their scantron. I give them about 3 minutes per question before rotating to another question. Once students have answered all questions, then they sit down at their desk. If enough time is left in class, then I go over the questions with the students (displaying the question up on the screen). I call on a student to share with the class their strategy of solving the question. We then discuss and share whether there were other strategies for getting the answer. It is a great way for students to see more than one way of getting to the same answer.
