Description

After a literary mystery, students craft visual “clue maps,” then design a silent-film-style storyboard for their pencil-retrieval device, combining visual arts, narrative sequencing, and engineering.

By the end of this lesson, students will:
✔️ Create visual clue maps and storyboards for problem contexts
✔️ Prototype retrieval devices with attention to visual design
✔️ Collaborate on “silent film” presentations of their engineering process
✔️ Reflect on flexibility and reframing through arts critique
