If you have limited supplies for a STEM Challenge can you still build a tower? Yes, you can! This is a STEM project using only 2 materials. This resource includes three versions of the tower building activity.

What is the challenge?
- Students will follow the steps of the Engineering Design Process in this challenge.
- They will also have to creatively use a limited supply of two things since they only get a dozen of each!
- The towers will be precarious structures and they will also have to work with balancing and counterbalancing to make the towers stand.
- In addition, the challenge includes 3 versions! The two extra versions include materials and directions, constraints for the variation, lab sheets, and photos.
- Each variation adds a new twist to the simple challenge!
