What is the challenge?
- This is a tower-building challenge in which your students will use the simplest of supplies - just newspaper (or brown paper) and tape.
- The trick is, however, that the tower must bear weight and the weight is a fragile egg.
- Students will test their towers with an egg model and then end the project by using a real egg!
- Can they build a tower only using paper? Will the egg survive? Or will the egg drop?
What is your prep?
- The Teacher's guide will walk you through this activity step-by-step. I have thought of everything and included tips from use in my classroom.
- As a STEM Specialist, I will lead you through making this a successful event for your student.
