There are many versions of the engineering design process. In fact if you were to type “Engineering Design Process” into a search engine, you would receive a host of image results. This journal is a global document that can be used with any version of the engineering process used. It walks students through the essential components of ALL the engineering design processes; encouraging them to research, read, write, problem solve and engineer innovative prototypes. Each tab of the journal represents a general idea that is encompassed in the engineering design process. Also included is a teacher's guide that provides an explanation of each tab and it's relation to the engineering design process.
