What is the challenge?
This challenge features the task of creating a model of a robot that has a function or purpose using some simple supplies you probably already have. We loved creating robots to unload groceries, do our homework, walk our dogs, and teach dance lessons!
Your students will love the freedom of a quick challenge as they get right to work and learn as they go!
What is your prep?
Supplies needed in addition to this package include Cardboard tubes, index cards, metal washers, pipe cleaners, aluminum foil, straws, rubber bands, masking tape, and a container for each group’s supplies. Of course, substitutions can be made for any of these!
