Product Description
This project is designed for the students to work in groups of no more than four people to either engineer a cake, make a tote bag out of duct tape, design a Rube Goldberg machine, or create a cardboard chair. The students are given links to each task. They must choose one and do more research to show that they understand the criteria and constraints. It should take about 1.5 to 2 weeks for the students to finish this project. At the end, they are expected to do a presentation reporting the results of their project. A simple rubric is included.
