SW strike a large, light weight ball with hands with control.
Product Description
Striking a ball with hands is used in a variety of games. This is the first motor task experience that begins to develop the skill of striking a ball. The use of balloons and large, light weight balls is critical to the success of this motor task. The balloon will move slowly, providing students time to move into position to strike the balloon. Introduce balls for striking as soon as students are ready. Actually, students will use more of a tapping action in the early experiences when trying to control the ball. Return to the balloon if students struggle with striking the ball with the hand
