PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The striking in the early experiences may be more like a tapping action. It may be a better descriptive term for students. Using a balloon first may help students focus on the striking action rather than trying to control a ball with the paddle. Introduce the ball as soon as student(s) are ready. It may be helpful to relate this motor task to striking the ball out of the hand.

When purchasing a unit plan, it is recommended to download the free How To Use The Motor Task Units.
